No, the pricing is the same for all customers. All Vitextra products are provided on a subscription basis and charges per tenant. You can add or remove users from your account without affecting the subscription. For example, the Employee Directory license costs $49 per month, regardless of how many users, sites, or Teams tabs you use.
After upgrading to a newer version of SharePoint, you may need to apply for a new license if the farm ID has changed. If the farm ID remains the same, no additional action is required.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time without any penalty.
For on-premises SharePoint, we offer a single type of license: a Farm License. This means that no matter how many servers you have in your SharePoint farm, you can add more without impacting your license.
However, for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, we provide subscription-based services that require tenant licenses. These licenses have no limit on the number of users, so you can add as many people as you need.
If your Farm ID has changed, you will need to activate a new license. Licenses are tied to specific farms, so once you activate one in a farm, it can't be used on another farm.
All Vitextra products come with a 14-day trial period, which cannot be extended. This trial period starts as soon as you install the product.
No, you don't need to uninstall the trial version. You can simply activate the product and use it.
